The fifth session of the National Assembly, which began on February 3, members of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) faction were the most active when it came to giving speeches, according to information on the Parliament Monitoring website [AM].
The 6 members of the HAK faction made 28 speeches. Though members of the Republican Party of Armenia faction gave more speeches (33), this party has 70 deputies in parliament. The 36 members of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) gave 14 speeches in this fifth session, the 6 Rule of Law MPs gave 12 speeches, the 5 Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun, or ARF-D) MPs gave 10 speeches, and the 4 Heritage Party MPs gave 8 speeches.
Members of the ruling party are the "most curious," asking 58 questions during this session. In second place in this category are the Rule of Law MPs, asking 31 questions, followed by HAK (22 questions), BHK (20), Heritage Party (15), and ARF-D (12).
