The group of four non-ruling parties — Armenian National Congress (HAK), Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), Heritage Party, and Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun, ARF-D) — having about 10 issues on the agenda, will present them to the authorities in the form of a demand, said BHK secretary Naira Zohrabyan (pictured) after a meeting of representatives of the four factions today. She said that by presenting their demands, the "quartet" (the four parties) must also determine the steps it will take if the authorities do not meet their demands.
The MP neglected to mention what demands will be presented, but, she said, the complaints are known to all. Zohrabyan said their next steps will become clear at the next meeting of the quartet, which will take place next week.
She also said that the quartet reached an agreement on the question of holding a joint rally in Yerevan. Also among other things discussed at today's meeting, she said, was the question of holding meetings around the country.
According to Zohrabyan, the quartet decided to vote against the 2013 budget performance.
