Employees of Mika-Cement in Hrazdan ended the labor strike they began this morning. They were promised their wages, which have not been paid since December of last year, in the coming two days. News on today's strike was reported by Armenia's RFE/RL service (Azatutyun) [AM].
The employees of the company belonging to entrepreneur Mikhail Baghdasarov went on strike for the first time on June 16, after which management promised to clarify the situation in 3 days; however, nothing changed.
Note, Baghdasarov also has not paid the wages of the employees of Armavia, which went bankrupt and ceased operations in April last year.
