Two Armenian contract servicemen, 24-year-old Tigran M Poghosyan and 44-year-old Aram N Arushanyan, were fatally wounded on the night of 25-26 April “as a result of provocative actions initiated by the Azerbaijani armed forces along the entire length of line of contact with Nagorno-Karabakh,” NKR military authorities report.
The Defense Army, as stated by officials, took preventive measures and launched targeted strikes against enemy positions and front-line bases, “causing the Azerbaijani army significant losses in manpower and military equipment.”
