A serviceman of the Nagorno-Karabakh defense army has been arrested on suspicion of shooting 19-year-old fellow soldier Vahagn Virabyan who was found with fatal gunshot wounds to his chest and face in a NKR military unit on Saturday morning, Armenia's Investigative Committee reported on Monday.
The soldier, whose identity was not revealed, is accused of opening fire at Virabyan while the latter was on patrol duty. Investigators have launched a murder probe into the conscript's death.
