Azeri Fire Kills Soldier in Karabakh, Officials Say

20-year-old Armenian soldier Hayk R Kalantaryan was fatally wounded by Azerbaijani fire at around 2 pm on February 7 at a military unit of the Nagorno Karabakh (NKR) Defense Army deployed in the southern direction of the line of contact between NKR and Azerbaijani forces, Karabakh military authorities said on Thursday.

Note, there have already been 6 fatalities in the armed forces of Armenia and NKR since the beginning of the year, two of which as a result of ceasefire violations.
