Kocharyan Not to Return to Custody Before End of Pandemic 

Key accused in the March 1 case, second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan has been at “Izmirlyan” hospital for quite a while for health reasons. The Court has accepted his attorney’s motion to leave him in hospital and not transfer to prison before the end of the pandemic.

The motion was heard behind closed doors for health confidentiality reasons.
