Ohan Duryan’s Final Goodbye at the Opera

The state committee developed by RA Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan to mark the death of well-known Armenian conductor Ohan Duryan would like to inform the public that the renowned Maestro’s public memorial service will take place on Jan. 9 at 5 pm at St. Hovhannes Church in Kond, with another viewing on Jan. 10 between 12 and 2 pm at the Armenian National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Alexander Spendiaryan.

The funeral will take place at Yerevan’s Komitas Panteon.

Recall that Ohan Duryan, 88, died on Jan. 6, 2011.
