Tigran Paskevichyan’s documentary on the events of Mar. 1–2, 2008, in Yerevan, titled “Armenia’s Lost Spring” was screened in Beyond the Stars Palace (formerly known as the Roxy Theater) in Glendale, California, on June 11. Present at the film screening were members of the Mar. 1–2 fact-finding mission group Andranik Kocharyan and Paskevichyan himself, according to the Armenian National Congress Los Angeles office.
About 500 people were in attendance at the film screening. A nearly two-hour discussion followed the film screening, during which time Kocharyan and Paskevichyan responded to questions from the audience. It was later announced that a meeting would take place in the same theater on Jun. 17 in which apart from the invited guests from Armenia (Kocharyan and Paskevichyan), Armenian National Congress central headquarters member Arman Grigoryan and chief editor of local daily newspaper Jamanak (“Times”) and news website 1in.am Arman Babajanyan would also be present.
