Armenia President Sends Condolences to Russia, Ukraine Presidents

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan today sent a condolence message to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev regarding the pleasure boat named “Bulgaria” that sunk in Russia’s Volga River on Sunday.

According to the Armenian president’s press office, Sargsyan asked that his condolences and support be offered to the families of those who drowned and to those who survived, he wished them a quick recovery.

Sargsyan Tuesday also sent a condolence message to Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych regarding the fire in the retirement home which killed 16 people in the Rivne region, about 300 km west of Kiev.
