Armenian President Appoints New Administrative Appeals Court Chair

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Wednesday signed a decree appointing Hovsep Bedevyan as head of the Republic of Armenia’s Administrative Court of Appeal, terminating his authority as judge of the same court, according to a statement by the Armenian president’s press office.

Recall, the position was left vacant after Tigran Mukuchyan was dismissed from the position of head of the RA Administrative Court of Appeal in September and later appointed as president of the Central Electoral Commission.
