Over $12 Million Raised in Armenia Fund Telethon

The Armenia Fund Telethon 2011, which aired on Thanksgiving Day in the US, Nov. 24, from 8 am to 8 pm PST (in Armenia: 8 pm on Nov. 24 to 8 am on Nov. 25), collected $12,286,478 US of donations and pledges.

The telethon continued last year’s theme of “A Gift of Water, A Gift of Life” — the money collected this year will continue to be spent on improving the water supply systems in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh.
