9th Junior Eurovision Song Contest host country Armenia’s contestant Dalita was the third to try out on the stage today, the first day of rehearsals.
“She sends her welcoming message to Armenia out very well vocally and staging wise,” reads the Junior Eurovision Song Contest’s official blog.
The song contest is set to take place on Dec. 2 and 3 at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex in Yerevan.
Along with Armenia, 12 other countries will be competing in this year’s contest: Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, FYR Macedonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, the Netherlands, Russia, Sweden and Ukraine.
Note, this year, the spokespersons will read out all the points during the presentations of the points, which is possible due to the lower number of participants. Also, viewers will no longer be able to vote during the entire show, but only after all songs have been performed.
