Prosperous Armenia Party MP on What Was Discussed at Today’s Meeting

The group of four parliamentary parties that met earlier today decided to collect signatures at the next session of the National Assembly next week to convene a special meeting on the issue of the mandatory pension system, Prosperous Armenia Party MP Stepan Margaryan (pictured) told reporters after today's meeting, in which PM Hovik Abrahamyan also participated.

According to Margaryan, Abrahamyan said the government is also drafting a new bill and only after seeing it will the four opposition parties decide to convene a special meeting or not.

The other issue that the parties discussed refers to the newly demarcated parking spots and speedometers. Hearings took place in parliament, and the four parties intend to make a legislative proposal on these issues.

The third issue discussed by the four parties was their future plans — legislative initiatives on important issues — and rallies in Yerevan and around the country.
