Opposition Parties to hold Rally on October 10, Without ARF

Three of the four (non-ruling) political parties, Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), Armenian National Congress (HAK) and Heritage Party have planned to hold a rally on October 10 at Liberty Square. News of the rally was announced after the four (non-ruling) party’s regular meeting.

The Quartet’s fourth member, the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF-D), decided not to participate in the rally, because of its diverging view regarding the constitutional reforms led by the ruling authorities, which the ARF-D is in favor of.
