Russian Soldier in Armenia Unintentionally Kills Fellow Serviceman, Commits Suicide

Two Russian soldiers died on October 23 at the military range of Alagyaz in Armenia, the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces said in a press statement, without revealing the names of the servicemen.

According to the official information, one of the serviceman grossly violated safety rules when handing in the weapons after exercises and involuntarily fired a fatal shot at another soldier. He then reportedly immediately committed suicide out of remorse.
