Karabakh Integral Part of Armenia, Says Former President Robert Kocharian: Yerkir.am

Former president of Armenia Robert Kocharian believes that Nagorno-Karabakh is an integral part of Armenia, Kocharian's Chief of Staff Viktor Soghomonyan told Yerkir.am [AM]. 

The news site approached Soghomonyan for comments about the incident in Astana and received the following reply:

"Joining any international organization cannot justify the creation of barriers between Armenia and Artsakh. According to Robert Kocharian's perceptions, Nagorno Karabakh is an integral part of Armenia, the final legal recognition of which we must all strive for."
