Another Soldier Dies in “Unclarified Circumstances” in NK

Ministry of Defense of NK reports that on February 14 2020, at around 19:00 contract solder Hayk Asryan, born in 1997 received a deadly injury from a weapon in unclarified circumstances in the guarding area of a military unit in the East of NK.

Investigation is underway to find out the circumstances of his death.

This is the 11th case of death in the army since the beginning of the year. None of them is a combat-related casualty. Investigative bodies characterized 4 of them as suicides.
