Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports that the Azerbaijani army continues aggression on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure and population and is expanding the geography of escalation.
“Today, an aerial drone weapon has shelled Berd town’s civilian infrastructure. Such aggressive actions will receive an adequate response. Azerbaijani side bears full responsibility for this,” was written in the Armenian MFA’s statement.
Early on July 14, spokesperson of the Armenian Ministry of Defense informed that Armenian armed forces noticed forward movement of a tank “which was stopped with fire from our side. Now, there is relative peace on the border,” wrote Shushan Stepanyan. She has also published a video commenting that the Armenian Armed Forces are destroying the Azerbaijani posts that shelled Armenian civilian settlements.
The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, in its turn, informs that in the morning of July 14, the Armenian side shelled Dondar Gushchu, Alibeyli and Aghdam villages of Tovuz region. “There are no casualties among the civilian population,” said the statement from Baku.
